When you create a new Invite, you will specify which contact(s) you want to send your Invite to.
Templates are groupings of information requests that you can save to reuse at a later date. Using templates allows you to save even more time, as you can save document lists, messages and forms or contracts for repeat use. And, depending on your plan, you can even share them with your team. Your invites will renew on the first day of each month. For example, if you sign up for FileInvite on the 8th of a month then the invites will renew on the 1st of every month thereafter.
