Now, sending out invites is even easier. We are pleased to announce an easy-to-use process to create and send invites quickly. With the latest FileInvite features, including a new design, users can now create and send invites from a single page.

With just a few clicks, users can load a template, assign contacts and requests, and send. Here’s a peek at the latest features:

• Streamlined request management. Create requests and add contacts with the simplified design of documents and information requests. 
  
  
  
• Automatic saving. All drafts and updates are saved automatically as you move through each step of the process.
• Sort contacts alphabetically. Contacts are easy to read and identify. Contacts are saved in alphabetical order so you can quickly find and add contacts to an invite. New contacts can immediately be added to document requests to make sending invites even faster.
• Easily assign contacts. Contacts can be created in a few quick steps and you can assign requests to the contacts at the same time.
